After trying the mock salmon sashimi at Teng’s vegetarian restaurant, I did more research on what are the different types of mock sashimi that are available in the market. As always, I prefer something more natural and found this really cool idea of getting the same texture as any fish sashimi via this link. Can’t wait to try this really simple dish!

All you need:

1 Fresh young thai coconut flesh- sliced

Soya Sauce

Wasabi
