Nutty Almond Noodles- Yes Natural Vegetarian Restaurant at Geylang Lorong 27

For dinner, we were near the East to return a book and we found Yes Natural F & B Pte Ltd as we wanted to check out their grocery stall and bakery right beside their restaurant. We like the idea that they serve organic rice, natural ingredients, less oil, sugar and salt, high fibres and no added MSG.

Prices ranged from $6 for a plate of vegetables to $12 for a plate of mock fish dish.
The restaurant was getting crowded after we got our seats and we noticed they were selling their chinese paintings on the wall as well.

First dish to arrive was Almond Noodles $6 which Hubby Ro loved. The nutty dressing went really well with the raw greens served and the portion was huge as well.

Next we had sambal lady fingers $8.00 and I loved it! One of the best stir fry vegetables ever as it’s hard to achieve lady fingers without getting it all glued up together. It was not so spicy too which was great. Finally, we had mock Tom Yam fish $10 which we thought wasn’t as good but loved the gravy. We drank it as though it was soup.

Continuing with our almond crush, Hubby Ro ordered an almond oat milk shake $3.50 and he finished it in less than a couple of minutes. He thought the portion was too small for something so good.

Me on the other hand had organic herb flower tea $1.50 which was light with a slight sweet flower smell perfect to go with the spicy dishes we had. If we’re in the east, we might try other vegetarian places near Geylang which is famous for good vegetarian places for a change of environment.
