Turkish Delights

image_2 image

Earlier for dinner, my mum in law made roasted capsicum salad and home made hummus with the best turkish bread from Anatolia Turkish Restaurant at Far East Plaza. They cost $3 each and we had 2 of them. The bread was so good, light, spongy and fluffy. It had a slightly sweet/salty after taste and went so well with our home made salads, dressings and lentil soup. We also dipped it with extra virgin olive oil and paprika.

We cannot wait to start making our own bread too. If any one of you know of any awesome easy turkish bread recipe to recommend, let us know!
