I made 2 Sunday slings this morning and it was super fun and packed with so much fibre and love! I used pineapples, strawberries, blackberries, peaches and added cereal, 3 tbsp of flaxseed meal into the blender and within seconds it was all ready. I added ice as I did not freeze my fruits but if you use frozen fruits you can skip the ice part!
For brunch, we headed to our nearest vegetarian stall again! We ordered 2 daily specials and found them to be pretty yummy.
First up was Kway Chap $2.50 and it came with half a block of tofu and some bean curd skin with braised egg. When it was served, we requested for them to omit the egg and they gave us braised peanuts instead.
We also ordered some egg free pan fried carrot cake $2.50. This was the first time we did not eat carrot cake with any eggs. Definitely not as shiok as with eggs but it was still decent. Not super yummy but the texture was good and the radish that came along was not too salty as well.
