Back at grandma place to stay as my dad is out of town and she whipped up some classic chinese vegetarian dishes. I had sambal beans with enoki mushrooms with tofu slices together with some braised dumplings and chilli cucumber radish on the side. She also made a yummy bittergourd soup with adorable cherry tomatoes.
For tea, she made sweet potato soup which was as sweet as her!
For dinner, my mum in law made a big tofu pot/stew with braised mushrooms, tofu, red peppers, broccoli and bean curd skin with a mushroom pesto pasta for Hubby Ro, me and my mum too. What a homely Thursday!
