My mum in law found some crazy huge carrot stalks at NTUC the other day and I was craving for some sweet soups so we made sweet corn soup earlier tonight!
2 sweet pearl corn
3 stalks of celery chopped
Half a giant carrot chopped
Sweet corn packet
4 cups of water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of soy milk
Boil cups of water and add in chopped celery, carrots, corn kernels and sweet corn pack for an hour. Let it cool and blend them all together. Return to pot and add a cup of soy milk. Once it’s heated up add salt and pepper after tasting.
It was the sweetest corn soup I’ve ever made and I also created a mini random food art to go with our dinner.
It’s a cheerleader dancing in a sea of cucumber crowd! Ahaha..
