Pardon us for the lack of posts! We have been swarmed at work. Finally the crazy busy period is over and we have planned a series of posts! Recently, I was invited to NAFA’s 75th anniversary gala dinner and was really impressed by the six course meal I had at Resorts World Sentosa. The presentation was amazing and the description of each dish was mouth-watering good. One particular dish I was most blown away by was zucchini tart with a range of tomato offerings such as tomato soil (seriously how cool is that)?
Compressed tropical fruits with lemon compote, micro salad and balsamic gel
The Garden made of confit ratte and aubergine and crepe soil with kale chips
Zucchini tart with confit cherry tomato, tomato puree and tomato soil
Truffle mushroom tartar with parmesan chip, hazelnut and st maurel (Non vegan!)
Spinach broth with pesto and tortellini
