Char-grilled Satay Burger- VeganBurg at Turf City Revisited

Had a random date with a dear friend of mine this evening and we ended up at Turf City looking for dinner. Being as sweet as she was, there were no vegetarian eateries in the vicinity. I told her about Veganburg and she was gamed to try it. She went for creamy pepper shrooms burger $11.85 and I went for char-grilled satay burger $10.85, both as a set with seaweed fries and apple black current juice.

This time food arrived much faster and we dug into it right away. Both of us munched on the fries like happy kids and the satay burger tasted way better than cracked pepper mayo burger I last tasted. It had a rich satay nutty sauce and went so well with the patty. Not forgetting the oh I am so happy wholesome burger bread. Wished they gave us more lettuces though or let us pay extra for more greens in our burgers!

What a perfect end to a work week with a happy fast food meal and my friend was singing praises of how she will not believe it’s a vegetarian burger. I must definitely bring my adorable grandma here for a picnic date with my grandpa next week!
