Every time I meet my aunt Joanne, she tells me about how great the yoga sessions she goes to have helped her. Best part of all, it’s free of charge and by a really cool organization called Nikam Guruji Yoga Kutir. It’s a voluntary group effort to spread their master love for yoga to the public. We just went for the first session on Monday and boy did we learn the basics and foundation of proper sitting and breathing techniques. It was quite a slow paced class but a well worth 2 hours course for such a big cause. There are still 15-20 available slots left. So hurry down and get a space for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle next Monday.
